Emmanuel Baptist Church’s theme for 2026 is “FOCUS.” We will follow two verses as our guideposts. Our FOCUS will be on seeking God’s Kingdom, as commanded in Matthew 6:33, “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” The fulfillment of this command is found in Acts 1:8, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”
